A Cookie is a fragment of information that is stored on your PC hard drive when you access, via your browser, a webpage and always under the petition of that page. This information can be recovered by the server on later visits. They are needed because the HTTP protocol cannot keep the information itself, and needs to save it, for example: username for an accoount or web configuration, colour preferences, etc.



Cookie Info is a small tool that lets you selectively control and manage these elements. You can get all the information needed about a set cookie, and delete it if necessary. The program runs on Windows startup, so you don´t need to do it manually each time you surf the net. Among other options, Cookie Info offers you the chance to add a domain as a trustworthy site, block cookies from a website, and follow everything in real time.
